Book Your Event – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Hideout to host your event. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your guests, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit

  • To secure your event reservation, a deposit of $5 per guest is required at the time of booking.
  • The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill or refunded on the day of your event, provided there are no last-minute cancellations or changes in the guest count.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations made within this period.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Guest Count Changes

  • Please provide a final guest count at least 24 hours prior to your event. This will ensure adequate preparation and seating arrangements.
  • Changes in the guest count made less than 24 hours before the event may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the deposit for the guests who do not attend.

4. Minimum Spend Requirements

  • Depending on the size of your group and the duration of your event, a minimum spend may apply. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

5. Event Duration

  • Your booking secures the space for a specific period as agreed upon during booking. If you require additional time, please inform us in advance, as extended use of the venue may be subject to additional fees.

6. Food & Beverage Policy

  • All food and beverages must be purchased from Hideout. Outside food or drinks are not permitted unless previously arranged with management (e.g., special occasion cakes).

7. Special Requirements

  • If you have any specific requests or special requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, AV equipment, decorations), please inform us at least 48 hours before your event. We will do our best to accommodate them.

8. Damage & Conduct

  • You will be responsible for any damage caused to the restaurant property or equipment by yourself or your guests during the event.
  • Hideout reserves the right to terminate the event without refund in cases of excessive disorderly conduct or damage to the premises.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information, including contact details and payment information, will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used for the purpose of managing your event booking.
